Our Factory
Our factory has a variety of advance automated production equipments, outstanding management and technical professionals, capable of processing a wide range of glass in thickness from 0.2 to 25mm, various specifications and shapes. The factory can perform various glass deep-processing techniques, including cutting, waterjet cutting, laser cutting, multiple edge grinding, drilling, silk-screen printing, sandblasting, frosting, flat tempering, curved tempering, chemical strengthened and bonding, to meet the production and processing requirements of different customers and different processes. The annual production capacity reaches over 25 million units of various tempered glass.

2. Full-Process Quality Control (IQC/IPQC/OQC)

Incoming Material Inspection (IQC): Glass substrates are rigorously inspected to ensure they are free of scratches, bubbles, impurities, and other defects.
In-Process Inspection (IPQC): 100% or spot inspections are conducted after each critical process, including CNC machining, polishing, tempering, screen printing, and lamination, to monitor dimensions, chipping, strength, white spots, and contamination.
Outgoing Quality Control (OQC): Final inspection of finished products to ensure they meet your appearance standards, dimensional tolerances, and performance requirements.

3. Key Process Control and Data Traceability

Chemical Strengthening Control: Strictly monitor the tempering furnace temperature, time, and salt solution composition to ensure stable and standard flexural strength and surface compressive stress (DOL/CS values).
Screen Printing and Lamination: Control ink thickness and adhesion, and ensure OCA adhesive lamination is bubble-free and dust-free.
Data Traceability: Establish a batch number management system to ensure full product traceability from raw materials to finished product.
