GL Glass Production Line Upgrade Improves Precision And Delivery Efficiency

As the growing world demand for high precision customized screen cover glass and further enhance production stability, GL recently completed a comprehensive upgrade of its core production and processing lines. The optimization covers automated processing equipments, precision quality inspection systems and standardized production management procedures, which greatly improved product accuracy, capability and delivery efficiency.

In recent years, overseas customers from Europe, North America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East have raised higher requirements for screen cover glass consistency, dimensional tolerance and batch stability. To adapt to international market standards and large-scale order demands, our factory has introduced a new batch of high-precision automated production equipment. Compared with the traditional production process, the upgraded production line effectively reduces manual errors, realizes more stable product specifications and significantly improves the finished product yield.
