1.Our AG treatment uses strict control chemical etching process(instead of spray for more durability) to achieve exact haze and gloss values(Tolerance +/-5%) to meet your application demands. Instead of single size fits all etch, we adjust the micro roughness on glass surface to balance anti glare performance against optical clarity. Much shallow cause reflections exist. Too agressive the display turns haze with poor contrast.
2.The AF coating applied as a durable nano layer which bond directly to etched surface. The key is adhesion. A poor bonding oleophobic coating wears off within months. Our process can ensure the fluorinated layer anchors properly to micro textured glass, the fingerprint resistance holds up through repeated use.

3.Some special glass for optical purpose like quartz, K9 etc.

1.If no special requirement, we use resin ink for silkscreen print.
