The expanded clean workshop is specially built for the mass production of high precision optical glass including IR filter glass, AR-coated optical glass, sensor window glass and ultra-thin tempered glass, effectively meet the surging customized order demands from global industrial and intelligent equipment manufacturers.

The newly upgraded clean room adopts a professional dust-free purification system, constant temperature, humidity control equipment and independent sterile production areas, which strictly controls dust particles, temperature and humidity fluctuations in the production environment. Compared with the original workshop, the new facility greatly reduces surface scratches, dust spots and coating defects on glass products, solving the core quality pain points of high-end optical glass in coating, silk screen printing and precision polishing processes.
