This Saturday, we will have a new Korean customer visit GL Glass who already expressed strong interest in our Corning® Gorilla® Glass 3 custom manufacturing services as cover glass for their electronic device. It's a significant opportunity and we will fully prepared to present our capabilities professionally.
Gorilla® Glass 3 is renowned for its native damage resistance™, a unique atomic level composition that 4 times better scratch resistance compared to competitive aluminosilicate glass. It excels at preventing the deep chips and scratches that typically lead to glass failure, ensuring high retained strength throughout the product lifecycle. This makes it the ideal protective cover solution for high-end electronic displays, touchscreens, and other demanding industrial applications
In order to meet this customer's potential needs, we'll show our comprehensive in house capabilities:
1.Custom dimensions & tolerances: We can process Gorilla 3 GLass in a wide range of thicknesses: From 0.4mm to 2.0mm and offer precision cutting to meet non standard sizes and complex geometries.
2.Advanced Processing & coatings: We are not only provide services like CNC edge grinding / hole drilling, silkscreen print, strengthening but also coating as anti reflective(AR), anti fingerprint(AF), anti glare(AG) and ITO coatings to strengthen performance for specific use.
3.Technical Expertise: By leveraging our experience as a specialist fabricator, we can provide them with expert guidance on design, chemical strengthening (achieving surface compression up to 900 MPa), and optical specifications to ensure their product meets the highest standards of durability and clarity.
